Tell us which platforms pay you
YouTube, Twitch, OnlyFans, Patreon, brands… That's all you need to know about yourself. With that, we set up your tax templates, your invoice series and your currencies.
Native app · iOS & Android · for content creators in Spain
CromaSET invoices Google, Fenix or whichever brand it is with the right tax template, converts every payout to euros at the official ECB rate and tells you how much you'll pay this quarter. With a VeriFactu seal on every invoice and a real adviser — not a bot — in the chat.
If they pay you here, we know how it's invoiced and how it's taxed:
The problem nobody solves for you
Each platform pays you in its own currency, days or weeks after you invoice, at a different exchange rate and with its own fee. Normal invoicing software doesn't know what to do with that. CromaSET is built exactly for it.

Pick the template — YouTube, OnlyFans, Twitch, Patreon, Spanish brand — and the app fills in the rest: the correct legal customer, the series, the currency, the VAT treatment and a plain-English note on why your invoice looks the way it does. Underneath, always, the euro value at the official rate of the day.
When the platform finally pays, CromaSET compares what you invoiced with what you received, records the exchange difference as an expense and splits out the fee. You confirm and that's it. And what you declare to Hacienda doesn't move: it was locked in the day you invoiced, as the rules require.
How it works
YouTube, Twitch, OnlyFans, Patreon, brands… That's all you need to know about yourself. With that, we set up your tax templates, your invoice series and your currencies.
Registration with the Spanish tax office under the right activity headings, self-employed (autónomo) registration with the reduced Social Security rate if you qualify, and the EU VAT register (ROI) so you can invoice Google and Amazon without VAT. SET LEGAL does the paperwork; you just sign from your phone.
Every invoice goes out with its template, its currency and its VeriFactu seal with an AEAT QR code. Expenses? Snap a photo of the receipt. And the dashboard tells you how much to set aside this quarter — before the nasty surprise arrives.
The dashboard forecast is the same calculation your adviser sees in their system. There aren't two versions of the truth.

Platforms
Invoicing Google is nothing like invoicing OnlyFans, and neither is like getting paid by a Spanish brand. CromaSET carries one tax template per platform, maintained by the advisers at SET LEGAL.
Google Ireland Ltd · EU
Invoice in dollars, without VAT: Google declares the VAT in Ireland, not you. We put it on your quarterly form 349 and register you in the ROI, which is what makes that possible.
Amazon EU S.à r.l. · Luxembourg
An intra-EU transaction, no VAT, with its own invoice series and its own slot on form 349. Same as YouTube, but with Amazon on the other side.
Fenix International Ltd · United Kingdom
You invoice in pounds to a company outside the EU: outside the scope of Spanish VAT and no form 349. Sounds odd; it's correct, and the app leaves it explained on every invoice.
Patreon Inc. · United States
You're paid in dollars by an American company: not subject to VAT. We prepare and store your W-8BEN so Patreon doesn't over-withhold at source.
Spanish companies
Here, yes: 21 % VAT and IRPF withholding (15 %, or 7 % if you've just started). The invoice comes out right and the withholding is logged for your income tax return.
And whatever comes next
The templates live in our back office and are maintained by the advisers: when a platform changes entity or country, your app updates itself, without waiting for a new release.
What no other app does
CromaSET isn't software that leaves you alone with your VAT return. It's your accountancy: the lawyers and tax advisers at SET LEGAL are inside the app, in a perfectly normal chat, and they know your case because they work on your real data.
Every invoice is chained and verifiable with an AEAT QR code: CromaSET issues through the FACTUSET engine, VeriFactu certified. When the rules tighten, you'll already be inside.
Employment & legal
CromaSET doesn't end at the VAT return. Behind it is SET LEGAL, a firm of lawyers and advisers: when your channel becomes a business with a team, contracts and payments crossing borders, you don't need to look for anyone else.
Registration under the right headings, the reduced rate if you qualify, ROI to invoice abroad, and an adviser who answers when the tax office writes. Being self-employed shouldn't feel like being on your own.
The classic: they bill you every month, work only for you and on your schedule. That has a name — false self-employment — and it carries penalties. We give you our assessment before the Labour Inspectorate gives you theirs and, if things need regularising, we do it with you.
Editor, clipper, community manager, assistant… When it's time to hire, we do the whole thing: contract, registration and payroll with our employment module (powered by LABORSET). Ask in the chat and the firm takes care of it.
An editor in Argentina, a designer in Mexico, an agency in Miami? International engagements without surprises: the right contract for each case and payments properly documented so your books don't limp.
Exclusivity, image rights, lock-ins, performance clauses… Before you sign, have it read by a lawyer who does this for a living. We review the contract and negotiate with you whatever doesn't suit you.
A formal notice, a brand that doesn't pay, a platform withholding your earnings, doubts about your image or your content. You're the client of a law firm: it gets consulted, answered and defended.
Privacy
We know that for some of our clients discretion isn't a whim: it's a condition. CromaSET has been designed with that in mind from day one.
Pricing
CromaSET includes the app and the accountancy: the people who handle your registrations, review your expenses and file your returns. That's why it doesn't cost 9.99. Fixed prices, no surprises — only the Studio plan varies with the size of your team.
€49/month
To start invoicing properly
The go-to plan
€139/month
For those already living off it
from €239/month
For growing teams
No lock-in. If some month it doesn't work for you, you leave — and your invoices remain yours, stored for as long as the tax rules require.
Tax FAQ, no fluff
If it's an ongoing activity you're seeking income from, yes: Hacienda expects you to be registered even if you invoice little. The good news is that a proper registration (the right activity headings, and the reduced Social Security rate if you qualify) is one of the things CromaSET handles during onboarding, signed from your phone. Your specific case is reviewed by an adviser before any paperwork moves.
Because Google is in Ireland: it's an intra-EU supply of services with reverse charge — the customer declares the VAT, not you. In exchange, the transaction goes on form 349 and you need to be in the ROI. CromaSET issues the invoice with the correct wording, adds it to the draft 349, and we handle your ROI registration.
OnlyFans pays you through Fenix International Ltd, in the UK: outside the EU. Your invoice goes in pounds, without VAT and without form 349 — it's outside the scope of Spanish VAT. The income, though, is taxed in your IRPF like any other platform's. The app invoices it, converts it to euros at the official rate and puts it where it belongs.
You invoice $3,120 one day and the platform pays you three weeks later: the dollar is no longer worth the same, and there's a fee on top. The difference between the euros of the day you invoiced and the euros that actually arrive has to be recorded in your books (and it's usually deductible). It's the detail almost no software gets right — CromaSET records it automatically when you reconcile the payout.
It's the AEAT system requiring invoicing software to produce chained, tamper-proof records, with a verifiable QR code on every invoice. CromaSET issues through FACTUSET, a VeriFactu-certified engine: every invoice of yours is born compliant, without you having to understand any of the above.
More and more. Under the DAC7 rules, digital platforms report what they pay their creators to Europe's tax administrations. Your numbers matching theirs is no longer optional: it's what keeps unpleasant letters away. CromaSET works precisely so they always match.
Whatever is genuinely used for your activity, in principle yes: recording equipment, software, part of your utilities… with nuances and grey areas (travel and mixed use, for instance). In CromaSET you photograph the receipt, the app proposes the deduction and an adviser validates it before it counts. You deduct what's right — no more, no less.
It depends on how you work together. If they have other clients, their own means and their own schedule, they may be a perfectly legal freelance collaborator. If they work only for you, when you say and with your tools, it looks a lot like false self-employment — and that ends in penalties and back-payments. We're employment lawyers as well as tax advisers: we assess your case and, if it's time to hire, we set up the contract and the payroll.
CromaSET isn't a program you hand over to your accountant: the accountancy is inside. The difference is the specialisation — multi-currency, platforms, ROI, W-8BEN, DAC7 — and the format: a native app in your pocket, a real-time forecast and a chat with your adviser, instead of an email in July asking for «the spreadsheets».
These answers are general guidance, not advice on your case. That's exactly what the advisers inside the app are for.
